How post recurring mtg if not recurrs on the 2nd Tue of each mo?

Want to post recurring meetings were occurrences are random throughout the
year. For e.g. not the 2nd Tuesday of each month. Therefore attendees get
one email for the entire year, vs one notice per meeting.

Random occurrences are NOT recurrences. Send them an e-mail with the
schedule of the meeting as an attachment, say a CSV file for them to import.

That won't work since they are not recurring in a pattern.
This method: http://www.slipstick.com/calendar/pickmeeting.htm would work.
If they don’t need to be meeting requests, do it with appointments. I would
probably create them on a new, empty calendar, forward them and move my
originals into my main calendar. The recipients can select all and drag them
into their calendar.

Now... if you use Outlook 2007 and everyone uses at least Outlook 2003, you
could send them the calendar as an ics file.
