how not should you run your PC as Admin ?

trying to wean from windows Admin wreaks wreck within.

i accept the benefits of not operating w2k PC as Admin however there seems
to some trouble trying to do even basic things as User that makes the switch
difficult.

could someone please suggest link/advice on how to setup w2k for User
operation that limit access to PC to the point of unusable ?

A very losing proposition. It is easier giving up smoking. Once a [system]
administrator, always an administrator. And then there is rehab.
