I use Outlook in all of my business uses. One important aspect is the Notes
section. Is the 2003 version more enhanced and if so how. Tried searching
through Microsoft Office online to no avail.

Thanks
Mike

No different, really. What do you want it to do that it doesn't do?

I appreciate your quick response.

Have more than 5 colors and be able to link to PDF and Word documents, just
as you would with a paper sticky.

I don't know about colors, but how do you link to a PDF or Word document
with a paper sticky-note?

I posted my answer wrong, sorry. With a hard copy sticky note you can stick
it to a file. With programs like post-it note you can do the same (I
believe). I know and agree with your previous answer that becasue it is not
a separate program or file that you cannot attach the electronic outlook note
to a file. I hope this somewhat clarifies what I am trying to say.

I do appreciate any help you can provide. Basically I do not want to
purchase another program (Post-It or others) because I do like the overall
functionality of Outlook Notes.

Thanks
Mike
