This question was raised 5 days ago with no response. Maybe I got in too
late in the week.
This question arises from my recent look-see into upgrading Win XP Pro to Win
XP x64. I see from the eligability statement on the x64 page the following:
"The Technology Advancement Program is designed to assist customers who have
acquired a new x64 Computer with the intention of replacing a previously
licensed 32-bit version of Microsoft® Windows® XP Professional (1-2 Processor
Version) Microsoft® Windows® XP Professional (1-4 Processor Version and
Microsoft® Windows® XP ....."
What does the above mean. Are there 1-2 and 1-4 processor versions of Win
XP Pro?
