how many computers can I install MS Office on?

I have MS Office for students and teachers on my son's computer. We just
bought a laptop for my daughter and it does not have word or excel. Can I
install a copy on her machine as well under the same license. If I can how
do I go about it?

If you read the license agreement, I believe you'll find that you can
install MS Office on one main computer (like a desktop) and one portable
computer (like a laptop); as long as the program is not loaded into RAM on
both computers at the same time. This means you can have a copy installed
on both machines as long as you don't run the programs on both computers at
the same time. BUT PLEASE READ and fully understand the license agreement;
I'm not a lawyer.
