Sometimes very quickly. It helps to suggest the problem in the Subject area
and to be clear about the problem or what it is you wish to discuss. Give us
the URL of a problem page so we can see what's going on!
Research the subject in previous messages. Don't ask questions such as "How
can I protect my images" etc. Always try the Help section of the program
first before coming here. Do Google searchs also!
