how long does it take spynet to get rid of new stuff

I want to get rid of this url from always coming back. It
is http://quickmetasearch.com/?said=acc0001_ho. I use the
spyware removal and after closing and opening up explorer,
it's back!!!! Help me!

Does it come back if you do a full scan after restarting in safe mode,
scanning until a full scan comes through clean?

I've seen a few web cites of folks cleaning this via HijackThis logs

for example.

That may be the route to go if Microsoft Antispyware won't clean it.
Please try to submit a tools, suspected spyware report from the infected
machine, if possible.
