How limited user can run disk defragment

I try to perform disk defrafment in limited user but windows not allow i
already tried http://support.microsoft.com/kb/231176 but nothing happen I'm
using windows xp sp2

The command in that KB article would require that you enter an
administrator's password and it says it's for W2000. I'd assume the same is
true for XP, but I don't know.I don't want limited users running defrag so I
don't worry about it.

maybe you can try contig defrag tool in a recursive mode to defrag the
entire drive.
