How is the My Videos folder created?

After installing WinXP Pro, there was no My Videos
folder, just My Pictures and My Music. I created it
myself and now I can't change the default folder icon to
the usual My Videos folder icon. I deleted it and now I
don't know what to do so that WinXP creates the folder.

I installed a new hard drive (F: drive) yesterday, created a folder called
My Videos and moved my videos to the folder. Today, when I went to pull
videos off the camera into MM2, I tried to select My Videos from the F:
drive. Whenever I did, it always defaulted back to C: drive. I ended up
having to created another folder inside My Videos in order to save my video
to the new drive (F.
