How do I get programmatically the account information (specifically incoming
mail server) from outlook 2003?

And / Or

Where is outlook 2003 account information (incoming mail server) held?
 
It's held in the Windows registry and is not exposed programmatically in the Outlook object model. Perhaps if you can explain what you're trying to do, someone will have a solution.
