How i create profiles

Hi everybody,
I,m a administrator Nt4.0/w2k-server and windows 2003
server. alls my client-pc loggin into a domain running
windows 2003 server and my clients-pc are running windows
2000 professional.
My situaction is the following:
I need create profiles by user (each user must have a
profile movil) so that a user logging into a computer this
profile copy into this local computer with the programs
and right acces that i gave to the this user.

I am not quite sure what you are asking for, but you can create mandatory user
profiles that would not save changes the users make or a default profile that would
be a base profile for a user. You mention access. Access is controlled by ntfs/share
permissions for applications and data files and perhaps user rights assignments. ---
