How I can recovery protected files ?

Hello:
I have four users account in my PC. But I delete a user account.
And right now I can not see 2 subdirectories importants to me.

I received the message -Access denied-

What I can do to recover/see my subdirectories

Sign on as Administrator and check the permissions.
