How get other contacts lists show in mail to dialog

In Outlook 2007 I have a standard contact list but also several supplemental
lists. How do I get the supplemental lists to appear in the New Mail "To"
dialog box? Under Address Book only "Contacts" appears, not my other contact
lists
 
are they enabled as address books? right click on the folder and choose
properties - add a check to the option to show as an address book
