How does one Start Up a Presentation Directly (Without F5 key)??

I want to put an icon on the desktop that will, with one click, open
PowerPoint, load a presentation AND start the presentation WITHOUT using the
F5 key. Is this possible? How???

On the presentation you are working on,
Click File > Save As.
Under save as type, click on the dropdown field and select PowerPoint Show
(.pps).
Click Save. Is that what you want?
