How does one select all Body Text in Outline mode

How does one select all Body Text in Outline mode (not to Select Text with
Similar Formatting) in Microsoft Word Vista?

Find (Ctrl+F).
Leave box blank, More button, Format, Paragraph, Indents and Spacing,
Outline Level, Body Text.
This is for 2003 and prior, 2007 may have different commands but should be
similar procedure.
