How does one get hotfix (article 893167)? Gateway can't get

I called Gateway since it Access 2003 came preinstalled. They can't find out
how to obtain the hot fix either. Access crashes everytime I try to do a
report or set the page to landscape.

Ultimately Gateway is responsible for getting the hotfix. They have a
partner number that they can call. I'd ask Gateway to elevate the call and
keep on them until you can get satisfaction. Make sure you get the name and
employee number of the employee that said he couldn't get the hotfix, and
let him know that you will write a letter or send an email to Mike
Zimmerman, Gateway's VP for Customer Relations.
