I have several accounts setup in Outlook 2007. Account A is setup for Outlook
to use for sending all email by default. Account B and C are not setup for
outgoing email. Smtp in account B and C are to block outgoing mail. Outlook
will use the default setting as long as mail is not forwarded. Instead it
uses the account the email was addressed to. Any solutions?

That's just the way Outlook works...new messages are sent through the default
account, replies and forwards are sent through the receiving account. You
will have to change the sending account on a per-message basis.
