How does Office2003 open in Office2000 without trouble?

I can't download Office2003 into Office 2000 without getting some strange
numbers and letters that don't make any sense.

What do you mean, "download Office 2003 into Office 2000"? That does
not make any sense. What are you actually trying to do?

Please try to describe your problem more clearly. We do not have a
video link to your PC. We only know what you say in your post. Which,
so far, is virtually nothing.

Are you loading a Microsoft Access (the database program in MS Office
Professional) file created in version 2003 with a 2000 version program?
