I'm afraid you're asking your rather dubious question in a newsgroup
devoted to Microsoft Access the database program. So although there are
lots of smart people here, and lots of people that I sometimes think
have been smoking something, I don't think you're likely to get an

No. You get smart by studying diligently, tackling challenging problems to
exercise your brain. If anything, smoking marijuana impairs your brain
development and wastes precious time for development!

It may be an appropriate research topic for year 8 (school is a distance
memory for me) but IMHO the tone of the topic description is not. I suggest
you discuss with your parents as I certainly see the school principal if my
children get this topic description in their year 8.

It doesn't. It lowers your IQ if anything.

Find somebody middle class from India ask them about who uses the stuff over
there.
