If I am working under word or another program and need to save a screen shot
of what I did, what is the best way to do it? Once I paste under paint, how
do I change the margins so all the works shows under print preview?

Screen shots are Prt Sc for all of windows or ALT+Prt Sc for the active
window. (then paste into the program you want)

Hi Nicca,

You just hit the "Print Screen" (no shift key) and the contents of the
screen will go to the clipboard ready to paste into any application.
Clicking the pasted image to select it will allow you to click on a corner
and drag to resize but watch out for image corruption due to resizing.
