Can you give us a bit moer detail ?? is it that you cant insert characters
when you type anything wihin an email message? If this is the case then its
something that is not specific to Outlook and pressing the "insert" key will
toggle this on and off...if its not that can you let us know what you is
happening...unless someone else knows more about this ?
Hitting "Insert" button only allows one to insert one character and the program will continue to overwrite - very annoying and time consuming. My only work-around is to start a new paragraph with pre-existing text and write in new text on a prior line.
