How do you turn of StickyKeys or Filter Keys in Microsoft Word?

I held down the shift key too long and Word turned on StickyKeys and I am
unable to turn it off. Any suggestions?

Start > Settings > Control Panel > Accessibility Options. Uncheck the "Use
StickyKeys" box. You may also want to click Settings next to it and uncheck
"Use shortcut" so you don't get stuck again.
