How do you transport OE data (saved emails) to WindowsMail?

I recently got a new computer & it came with WindowsMail instead of Outlook
Express. How do you move your address book & saved emails from OE to WM?

Ask in an Outlook Express or Windows Mail newsgroup. This group is for
Office Outlook.
microsoft.public.outlookexpress.general
microsoft.public.windows.vista.mail
