How do you track a opportunity in Business Contact Manager?

The company I work for is still trying to figure out how to track job
opportunities in BCM. I have looked everywhere on the website and help
options and can not seem to locate any information about how to track the
opportunities. Can someone please help me? I have salesmen asking me to track
their jobs and I can't because I have no idea how to.

Can you give us some more details, Amanda?

Basically, the salesperson enters an opportunity, gives it a Close Date
(when they expect to win/lose the deal), details which products or services
they're forecasting, and enters a sales stage (where are they in the sales
cycle). BCM then keeps track of the records as they update the info until
they either win or lose the deal.

Does that help?

I am usually the one entering the opportunities in to BCM. I did find that I
can print a report of the opportunities that are past due. Is this the only
way I can track them or is there another way? We use to use Heavy Ship
Manager and it was easy to track the jobs in that program. We came to Outlook
because it had a little more to offer with it linking to accounting and email
etc. However we are still having problems getting use to the program and the
use of the program. Mainly with the tracink of opportunities. Thank you for
the response but i am still not exactly sure what you mean.

You can click on the Opportunities folder and see all the
Opportunities, sort them by date and value. What do you mean by
