How do you stop this?

Greetings all...

Was wondering if anyone knows how to stop an email such as the one that
follows. The email comes from many addresses, so just blocking the sender is
a joke. It automatically displays the images included in its HTML code which
is pasted below. I tried to It also looks like they are using some Microsoft
tricks in there. Hopefully, the 'code' tags I used will work and you can see
the code instead of the freakin spam. Thanks in advance - here goes:
