How do you stop Outlook saving names of every person you have sen.

Everytime I start a new email, Outlook brings up the email addresses of all
the people I have sent an email to, in alphabetical order, ie: if I am
sending an email to Andy ..., I am shown all the email addresses of people
starting with A.
 
It's a dynamic list of previously typed addresses. To delete one, use your
arrow keys to highlight and press Delete. Or if you just keep typing, it will
eliminate much of the list. You can turn it off in Tools, Options, Advanced
email options, uncheck suggest names....Diff versions of Outlook have this
option in diff places. Look through all the email settings.
