missing "sent to" names

I recently migrated from Outlook Express to Outlook 2003. I used to be able
to start typing an email address and the email client would finish it for me.
If I add all of the people that I send emails to the contacts in Outlook
2003, will that make Outlook autocomplete the email addresses that I start to
type?
