how do you setup a default viewer for outlook picture attachments

Using Microsoft Outlook 2003 how can I set Paint Shop Pro as my default
picture viewer?

That's more of a Windows issue, really. In Windows Explorer, go to tools |
folder options | file types, and associate the file extensions you wish with
the executable for PSP. Or, in PSP, see if there's an option to do that
association within the program itself.

For when you open an attachment from within Outlook? If so, use the standard
Windows features for setting the default program for extensions.
