How do you set up a template document that promps questions?

I need to develop a template document that will promps questions in order for
it to be filled out properly.

Look into what Word calls an "online form." Check this in help. For more
about online forms, follow the links at

Chapman's series of articles. You may also want to look at
http://www.word.mvps.org/FAQs/TblsFldsFms/LinesInForms.htm.

You could also use fill-in fields but would be better off with a UserForm if
you want to pop-up questions and get answers.
