How do you set the default flag reminder time?

When I upgraded to Outlook 2003, for some reason the default time for flags
is now set to Midnight instead of the beginning of the work day. This is
annoying because I've got to scroll way down to set the correct time, and
sometimes I make the mistake of setting a remider for, say, 2 in the morning.

Is there any way to change the default reminder time? I can't find anything
that addresses it in Help.

Thanks

This did not work for me (in Outlook 2000)
When I flag for follow up by selecting a date on the calendar it always
defaults to 5:00PM (when I'm going home- Duh)

Changing the default on "tasks" had no effect on flag reminders.

Have any other ideas/suggestions?

It works for me at my Office running Outlook 2000. Change your task
reminder as well as change your working hours.
