How do you set administrator tabs in Files and Folders

A while ago some one showed me how to set tabs in the
files and folders area by first selecting do not hide
hidden folders and after that I am lost ...can any one
help me..Thank you

If using XP Pro, turn off Simple File Sharing in Folder Options> View.
After making this change, the additional security tabs in a file's or
folder's properties will be visible.
