how do you reposition or move the Task Bar

I'm doing an assignment for school that requires me to do this function of
repositioning the task bar in windows xp. I've looked in windows help and
can't seem to find the answer. Could someone help me? If so, thank you very
much.

To move the taskbar
Right-click the taskbar.
On the menu that appears, click Lock the Taskbar to clear the check mark.
The taskbar is now unlocked. You should now be able to drag the taskbar to a
new location on the desktop.
