How do you reply to communities in Windows Mail?

When I try to Reply to a message when I hit Send a popup asks me if I want
to signin. When I click yes the popup flashes but does not go to a signup
popup. How do I signin to Communities?

Do you have a Passport or Windows Live ID?

Go to Tools | Accounts and select Microsoft Communities.
Click Properties.
On the Windows Live ID fill in your Passport or Windows Live ID information.
