How do you reformat windows xp harddrive?

This question is slightly confuseing to ask, i wish to
reformat my whole computer, so it easily deletes all the
games, and unneed files i have to make a large amount of
room for more games? any help would be apperiated.

boot from a win9x floppy and fdisk the non dos partition then format.

....which will then reformat it in either FAT or FAT32.

Nick's suggestion is the best, use the bootable CD.
