How do you put a quizz with a timer on a website2

I need to know how to make a quiz with a timer on a website I am making it's
a school project and everyone has to make a personal website that will put on
the school website my website is about a game I made up and the quiz is for
anyone who wants to know the game secrets (remember this is not an actual
game it's fictional) and I just can't publicly put the those secrets on the
wsebsite because I don't know if it's school appropriate and I go to a
religous school and they're strict about website content so it would a big
help if someone could help me
