How do you print the form field and default text with it's shading?
 
Hi BC-

I can interpret your question 2 ways.

In the first case (Default Text & Shading), turn on the Forms Toolbar, make
sure the form is Locked & that the Field Shading button is pressed in. For
Field Codes & Shading, unlock the form.

The other possibility is that you want to print both the Field Code _and_
the Default Text at the same time. AFAIK, you must do one or the other, you
can't do both at once.
