how do you port everything from outlook express to Outlook...

Is there a way to port everything from Outlook express to Outlook- folders,
news groups, address, etc.?
 
For most of the data you can use the Export command in Outlook Express and
either export directly to Outlook (if it's already installed on that
machine) or export to a file which can then be imported into Outlook.
Outlook doesn't have its own newsreader; by default it uses OE to read news.
