how do you make all incoming emails bold?

I could've sworn there was a message here, but when I looked the body was
completely blank. Oh well, guess the poster really didn't want to ask a
question.

You don't mention WHERE you want them bolded. You also never mentioned
WHICH version of Outlook. Using Outlook 2003, and assuming you mean to have
new (i.e., unread messages) bolded in the message list pane:

- View -> Arrange By -> Current View -> Customize Current View
- You can:
o Reset Current View. This should should new messages as bolded.
o Automatic Formatting -> Unread Messages, make sure enabled, pick your
font and attributes.
 
Right click on the Inbox, Properties, select Show number of Unread messsages.
