How do you make a rule to move new messages WORK?

After creating a rule in "Ways to Organize Inbox" (Outlook 2002) to move new
messages from a specific sender into Deleted Items, messages from the same
spam author keep recurring in the Inbox. I'm really sick and tired of the
avalanche of Viagra adverts! How does one get the message across (into the
program's thick head)??

Did you add the line "Stop Processing........." at the end of the rule?
