I have saved Emails and photos to separate files within Outlook. Now I would
like to download those to a CD, but I cannot see how to do that. Help!

Please repost your question in a newsgroup which supports Outlook.
This newsgroup is for a different program, Microsoft Access.

Scroll down the list of programs on the left side of the webpage (if
you're using the web interface that I'm familiar with).

Outlook message files are simply files with extension ".pst". They usually
reside in the folder C:\Documents and Settings\YourUserName\Local
Settings\Application Data\
Microsoft\Outlook.

Make sure you exit from Outlook first and then simply coy these PST files
onto your CD as back-ups.

If you still need further help, suggest you post to one of the relevant
Outlook newsgroups.
