how do you insert a slide show pointer menu for a slideshow

I have completed a powerpoint presentation but cannot find how to insert the
slide pointer menu at the bottom left of the page. Can someone explain how to
set up the two arrows at the bottom which when clicked bring up a menu. thank
you.......................JohnnyM

Do the following:
1. Select "Tools" | "Options..." menu item.
2. In the "View" tab, place a check against "Show popup toolbar" box.
3. Click OK.

Now when you start the slide show, the navigation buttons should appear.

Thanks Chirag, but the box is checked in tools but when I start the
presentation there are no buttons at the bottom of the page.

Sorry Chirag, you were right. I started a new show and the buttons were
there. Thanks again my friend...........johnny
