How do you input one e-mail into another that has attachment in i.

I have an e-mail that has it own attahcments. I also would like to input
another one into it with its attachment instead of cutting and pasting. Is
there away to do this or site that explains the steps/

Copy and paste is the right procedure.

You should be able to drag the other message from the inbox to the message
you're composing.
