How do you get your contacts from an pda into outlook 2007?

It looks like it brought them over into outlook but I can not see them even
though they are on the right hand side of the screen
 
You posted no information. You might want to state a clear question,
including what you did, what you were trying to do, what didn't happen the
way you thought it should, and why you even think synchronization is an
Outlook question.
