Copy of Outlook contacts

I'm using an HP laptop with Outlook 2002, Screen/computer died. I have a HP
PDA synced with it. Is there any way to get my contacts from the PDA

Perhaps, but restoring from your backup would be far preferred. Sync
questions have nothing to do with Outlook. Ask whoever supports your sync
software.
