When you do the method that I stated earlier, FrontPage actually inserts a
style="background-attachment: fixed" into the body tag and it works in in
Firefox and IE7.
I believe you were referring to the bgproperties="fixed", which is IE
proprietary.

If you are using a theme - Modify the Theme to add the "watermark" style:
Format | Theme | Modify | Text - select More Text Styles
Select the body tag and then Modify | Border | Shading and select
Repeat - select no-repeat
Attachment - select fixed
Vertical Position - select center
Horizontal Position - select center
OK|OK|OK|OK & Save As a new theme name

| what i mean by fix is make it so you can scroll down and the picture in the
| back is still while the words move past it.
yeah, i tried this and it made just one picture like i wanted, but when i
scrol the image still moves with the text. so what should i do to keep the
background fixed.
