FP2000 Changing a theme background picture

M

Malcolm Walker

I have changed a background picture in a FP2000 theme only to find that
the result is tiled. This matters as the image I have used is shaded
from dark to light from top to bottom. The result is that where the
tiled edges meet there are abrupt & marked differences in shade that
spoil the otherwise desired effect.

Are there criteria for background pictures in themes? If so where can I
find them? All I have found in the MSKB & elsewhere is how to . . . !

By their nature bk images tile on all html pages
You can set you them to not tile using CSS

Modify the Theme to add the "watermark" style:
Format | Theme | Modify | Text - select More Text Styles
Select the body tag and then Modify | Border | Shading and select
Repeat - select no-repeat
Attachment - select fixed
Vertical Position - select center
Horizontal Position - select center
OK|OK|OK|OK & Save As a new theme name
