How do you enable grag and drop in XP?

About two weeks ago I got a GeForce4MX 440 8X video card and I installed the latest signed drivers for it.
Since then, the drag and drop feature of the XP system does not work. The system does not report an error.
When I drag a file or icon with the right mouse key depressed and then let go, nothing happens; no menu for copy,move, or create shortcut here.

I suppose you may have to reconfigure/update/reinstall your mouse drivers
