When you type an email addres into the "to" box, after typing three letters,
Outlook brings up some suggested destinations which appear to be addresses
used in the past. I want to know how to get rid of some of these. My problem
is that a sensitive client name comes up next to my bosses name and I
inadvertantly sent an email to the client which should have gone to my boss.
I therefore want to gid the clients name out of the autoprompt. The client is
NOT in my address book but still comes up as an autoprompt.
Hope you cal help.
Thanks Simon
