How do you delete ads out of TV video?

Okay, so I've added these scenes again and again and I've painstakingly
removed all ads, and then compiled the thing and saved and etc., and then
the ads are still there. How do I remove them? I don't want them taking up
valuable space!!! I'm kinda new at this, and using Cyberlink Power Director
at present.
