How do you create a journal entry from a contact?

The help menu indicates that I can create a journal entry right from a
contact by opening the contact, and clicking on Create and then New Journal
Entry for Contact, all which are within the Actions menu. However, I see no
Create button on the Actions menu. Anyone have a solution? Thanks very much.

I believe I have the student edition 2007. But it is licenced to the entire
University, wherein the university then distributes Office to students. The
bundle includes every single Office program (i believe). And although this
is the academic licensed verison, it seems to include everything pertaining
to Business Contacts and features.
